3. If you have ever received benefits from the Canadian government (except support for a disability)
4. Have been convicted of a violent or sexual offense, or an offense against a relative.
5. If you have ever missed payments, made late payments, or defaulted on an immigration loan.
6. Currently, you are in prison.
7. You are as for now declared bankrupt, etc.

Your minimum income requirement

The sponsor has the option to prove their income through any of the following ways:

• Proof of annual income
• Letter from employer mentioning job title, description, and salary; 
• Payslips; and/or
• Other income resources, such as investments, pension statements and more, etc.

Eligibility Criteria for Applicant

To apply for the Parent and Grandparent Super Visa, you should be:

• The parent and/or grandparent of a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident of Canada.
• Must be admissible to Canada.
• Fulfill certain other conditions.
• Meet health & character requirements.

Alongside, the requirements specified above, the person must be a genuine visitor to Canada. Thus, he/she will leave Canada by choice at the end of the visit. In particular, the things and situations that can be considered are, such as:
